A useful starting point
If you are testing Neon, include your app version, device model, OS version, what you tried and what happened. Describe the issue first. You do not need to send recordings or your journal archive.
Remove private notes and names from screenshots before sharing them. Keep passwords, API keys and recovery passphrases private.
Privacy questions
Use the same support address for questions about information you send us or a request to delete a support message. Read website privacy for how support email is handled. The app’s release privacy policy will be published with the qualified edition.
